How to eat better on your territory by giving yourself the means to organize a sustainable project? The brand new university degree "Sustainable food project leader - local community option" is made for you. Launched by University Côte-d'Azur, it draws on the experience of Mouans-Sartoux, where participants have the opportunity to progress in terms of food quality, via the development of a territorial project based on collective catering and the issues of sustainable production. A highly professional training course for:
- Elected and territorial administrative agents or technicians of local authorities
- Students and graduates in Territorial Administration Management
- Students from other class or anyone interested in learning skills
The course is accessible in initial or continuous training, required level Bac + 3. It can be considered like an independent cycle or in complement of another formation. The teaching team is made up of researchers and teacher-researchers from several organizations (Nice Sophia Antipolis University, Inra, Inserm ...) and territorial agents and members of associations (City of Mouans-Sartoux, Un Plus Bio ...).
Interns are evaluated at the end of the training cycle based on their work and receive the UD.
