Food processing workshop, classrooms, teaching kitchen, reception of students and trainees, conferences and symposia ... the MEAD promises to be a unique structure at the crossroads of projects of public authorities and holders of private initiatives, to jointly develop solutions that change food policies for more organic and local catering.
